Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to:

All agreements concluded remotely via webshop

All product purchases through our online channels
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Article 3 – Products
uSleep offers bedding-related products including but not limited to:

Pillows
-
Duvets
-
Bedding accessories
-
Sleep comfort products
Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible.
Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.
Article 4 – Orders & Agreement
An agreement is concluded when:

The customer accepts the offer

Payment is successfully completed
uSleep reserves the right to:

Refuse suspicious orders

Cancel orders in case of pricing errors

Request additional information if necessary.
Article 5 – Pricing

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

Shipping costs may apply unless stated as free

Price changes due to VAT or legal changes may occur.
Article 6 – Delivery
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
General guidelines:

Orders processed promptly after payment

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Returned in original packaging

Clean and undamaged condition
Returns must be registered first via customer service.
Article 8 – Hygiene Policy (Important)
Because bedding products are hygiene-sensitive:

Products may be inspected but should remain clean

Heavily used or washed items may be refused

Original packaging should be kept during return period
This protects product quality for all customers.
Article 9 – Refunds
After receiving the return:

Same payment method used where possible

Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Article 12 – Complaints
