Returns & Exchanges – uSleep

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you can register your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product should be clean and undamaged

Returns are always free of charge.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label by e-mail. Simply print the label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at a service point.


Hygiene Policy (Important for Bedding Products)

Because our pillows, duvets and bedding products are hygiene-sensitive items:

  • Products may be inspected but should remain clean and fresh

  • Please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days

  • Returns of heavily used, washed or damaged bedding items may not be accepted

We recommend carefully opening the packaging so you can evaluate the product without compromising return eligibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Send your order number, photos of the issue and a short explanation to
    info@usleep.nl

We will arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

Would you like a different product?

Simply:

  1. Register the current order as a return

  2. Place a new order via our webshop

You may either order immediately or wait until your refund is processed.


Return Processing & Refunds

  • After you send your return, it may take a few days to reach us

  • Returns are typically processed within 14 days after receipt

  • The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method

  • If you used Afterpay/Klarna, your invoice will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly


Return Timeframes

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the parcel back


Packaging Advice

Please keep the original box and packaging materials during the return period.
We cannot provide replacement boxes for returns.
